I am a change designer passionate about creating human-centered social change.
I am a solution oriented and innovative Change Designer, Facilitator and Researcher. My passion lies in changing attitudes and behaviors with transformation design, for making a better world. My biggest motivation is to enrich the quality of people's lives with my work.
My superpower is to give voice to everyone - even the normally unheard and forgotten - that are touched by any change. That way I manage to make visible such issues that have previously not been exposed, and to find solutions, which were previously impossible to find.
I am an empathic observer and an inquisitive learner. My passion is to use design thinking to give voice to those who are not seen or heard.

I carry in my pockets: - Over 15 years of experience in facilitating change in the most diverse communities around the globe - Solid competence in change management, service design and facilitation - Vast knowhow of human rights, leadership training and psychology studies - applied in practice in various different occasions - Expertise in experience research and qualitative research methods - Long experience in working in the forefront of change process as a field worker, manager, cross-continental team leader and as an expert. - Encounters of different nationalities and social classes, also in very challenging circumstances
I constantly combine research data with my practical work.
I am particularly interested in human centered experience design. At the moment I’m also researching this in my PhD, through which I seek understanding about the connections between service experiences created within the public wellbeing services and social cohesion. I get input from my practical work to my research, and I apply the information received from research about service design to my practical work. This ensures that I do not stay put but constantly renew and find new perspectives for my work - and research.

When I am able, with my work, to bring out unheard thoughts and ways of thinking
People, and my endless interest in how does change happen, how can we facilitate the positive change, and how can we ease the life of people affected by the change. Life is a change, we all change all the time and everything around us changes inevitably. How can we support people in this constant change? And how can we create change that makes this world a little bit better place?
The utmost motivational factor for my work is that I can support the voice and opinion of those, who actually need the support from others in order to be heard. These people exist in every team, organization, community and society. If also their thoughts and opinions would be heard and seen, what would change? Would the world be a little bit better place for everyone, if also they would be taken in the process of changing it? Now the change happens mostly through the opinions and experiences of the loud, the confident and the natural leaders. When you think about it, it is a rather narrow way to define the needs for change and to create a successful change.
